Changing or Cancelling Orders
Tsubaki's cancellation policy varies depending on the published "days to ship" of our products. Request of changing or canceling orders can be accepted during normal business hours two (2) business days prior to the scheduled ship date. Please note that requests for changing or canceling orders on or after the scheduled ship date cannot be accepted. Please contact Tsubaki Customer Service (cs@tsubaki.sg) with any requests of changing or canceling your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Returning Products
Returning In-stock products may be accepted under certain circumstances. Please contact Tsubaki Customer Service (cs@tsubaki.sg) on any requests. Please note that shipping charge to return the products to Tsubaki or to the location Tsubaki specifies are at the customer's expense.
